We acquire aircraft that are subject to operating leases, either via purchase from the current lessor or via sale / leaseback transactions. We are very active in the acquisition of aircraft and engines under a variety of structures:
- Purchase of aircraft subject to an existing lease
- Sale / leaseback transactions
- Outright purchases from airlines and other sellers
- Opportunistic buys in distress situations
Because we are very involved in the used aircraft market, we can identify attractive purchase opportunities when they arise. In addition to acquiring aircraft for our own account, we also provide aircraft sourcing services to third party clients including airlines and lessors.
